Job Title: Customer Care Specialist (Freshers) Location: Anna Nagar Company: AYMRK Media Pvt. Ltd. About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Customer Care Specialists. This role involves actively promoting and selling AYMRK products and advertisement placements, handling customer and franchise queries, and managing communication with channel partners. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell AYMRK’s advertising products and digital display solutions. Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner. Assist and support franchise partners and channel partners with day-to-day needs. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (no prior experience required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving attitude and a customer-first mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
