Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Support Executive for International Voice/Chat based in Kolkata, your role will involve handling customer queries and providing resolutions to ensure a high-quality support experience. You will be working in evening/night shifts on a rotational basis for 5-6 days a week, with provided cab facility for pickup and drop. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries through voice and chat support - Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues - Ensure a high-quality support experience for customers Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream - Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice/Chat preferred) - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills In this role, you will receive an in-hand salary ranging from 19,000 to 25,000 per month, along with performance bonus of up to 2,000 per month and a travel allowance of 1,400 per month. Additionally, cab facility is available for night shifts. The interview process will include HR screening focusing on voice, grammar, and accent, followed by a functional round involving mock call/chat scenarios. You will also need to clear the AMCAT with a minimum score of 58 before proceeding to the final operations round.
