Role Overview: As a Customer Care Specialist at MicroSourcing, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels. You will be required to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient and comfortable using email transmission, internet navigation, Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, office equipment including fax machine, copier, printer, and phone - Effective oral and written communication skills in English - Knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude - Exceptional at multitasking and time management - Self-motivated and organized - Ability to work efficiently both alone and as a team member - Be able to work on multiple tasks.
