Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune - 411001 Interview Dates: 12th May 2025 to 13th May 2025 Interview Time: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Description We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Advisors for our Pune location. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in telesales, renewals, or upselling who are passionate about delivering great customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to pitch products and services. Handle customer queries and provide tailored product recommendations. Upsell, cross-sell, and renew services as per customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months in TeleSales, Upselling, or Renewals. Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above. Languages: Must have good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi . Availability: Comfortable with rotational week offs between Monday and Friday.
