Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, whether through phone, email, or chat channels. Your key responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, assisting them in utilizing specific features, and analyzing and reporting product malfunctions. This may involve testing different scenarios or impersonating users to replicate issues. In addition, you will be required to update internal databases with information regarding technical issues and valuable discussions with customers. Monitoring customer complaints on social media platforms and proactively reaching out to provide assistance will also be part of your duties. It will be imperative to share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members, as well as inform customers about new features and functionalities. Furthermore, you will need to follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their technical issues, gather feedback from them, and communicate it to our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Additionally, you may be involved in training junior Customer Support Representatives. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a team environment The company offers benefits such as Provident Fund and follows a morning shift schedule.
