Paralegal

Role Overview: You will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and organizing evidence and legal documentation for attorney review. Additionally, you will research case-related factual issues using in-house files and outside reference sources, such as laws, regulations, and legal decisions and articles. Your role will involve assisting with the preparation, filing, and service of contracts, filings, and pleadings. You will also be conducting interviews with clients, witnesses, and experts, acting as a liaison among all parties for scheduling and sharing information. Furthermore, organizing and managing documents, including creating spreadsheets and retrieval systems, will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the collection, review, and production of documents and respond to discovery requests - Assist with trial preparation, including the assembly of exhibits, witness binders, and appendices for depositions and court filings - Attend trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings, taking notes and assisting attorneys as needed - Summarize deposition and trial transcripts and exhibits Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in creating spreadsheets and retrieval systems Please note that this job offers full-time, permanent, and fresher job types.
