Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support HR team in onboarding and documentation of new employees
Participate in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives
Assist in other day-to-day HR operations as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree completed (HR specialization preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
