CIF / CRM - Technical Lead

Job Description

Job Level - JL5 Years of Experience - 6+ Years Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and delivery of customized solutions on Finacle v10.x CRM/CIF platforms. Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, re-engineer business processes, and map them to technology capabilities. Prepare high- and low-level design artifacts, perform code reviews, and ensure implementation aligns with functional specifications. Guide and mentor a team of 4–8 developers, assign tasks, provide technical direction, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Participate in architecture validation, pseudo-code creation, and estimation and scheduling of work packets. Ensure the use of best practices for performance optimization, code readability, and reusability. Collaborate with QA, R&D, and implementation teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and deployment. Technical Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, JSP, Shell Scripting Deep expertise in UI and API customization for Finacle v10.x CRM/CIF Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills Familiarity with Eclipse, Visual Studio , and source control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, SVN In-depth understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies , architectural principles, and integration models Experience with configuration management and release management processes and tools What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior members Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive design reviews, and ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries Strong analytical and communication skills Passion for technology and continuous learning Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
