Job Description

Job level - JL4 Years of Experience - 4+ years Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Finacle v10.x CRM/CIF customization team to design and deliver high-quality solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements, map them to technology features, and translate them into detailed design and functional artifacts. Design, develop, and document customized solutions using Finacle CRM UI and API. Perform code reviews, implement validations, and ensure solutions are aligned with requirement specifications. Conduct unit testing, document results, and participate in peer reviews. Contribute to product R&D and QA collaboration for seamless solution delivery. Guide and mentor a small team (2-3 members) as needed. Technical Skills Required: Strong coding skills in Java, Oracle (PL/SQL), JavaScript, JSP, and Shell Scripting Experience with UI and API customization in Finacle v10.x CRM/CIF Proficiency in Eclipse IDE , version control tools like Git, Bitbucket, or SVN Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies , and design principles Good debugging and troubleshooting capabilities Ability to design high- and low-level architecture artifacts Familiarity with performance tuning, code readability, and best practices Nice to Have: Exposure to banking domain or core banking solutions Experience with code optimization and reusable component design Strong documentation and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
