Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Intern responsible for sourcing, listing, and onboarding healthcare professionals on the MantraCare platform. This is a performance-based internship with payouts linked to completed onboardings.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and list healthcare professionals such as:

Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Dietitians/Nutritionists, Yoga Trainers, Zumba Trainers, Fitness Coaches,

Wellness Coaches.

Contact professionals via calls, WhatsApp, email, job portals, and social channels.

Explain the onboarding process and help them complete their profiles.

Maintain trackers and ensure accurate data entry.

Complete onboarding targets on a weekly/monthly basis.

Coordinate with internal teams for verification and approval.

Stipend (Credit-Based Payout System)

You will earn based on completed onboardings (credits):

₹10,000 for 30 credits

₹5,000 for 15 credits

₹2,000 for 10 credits

Requirements

Graduate / pursuing graduation

Good communication and outreach skills.

Ability to work with MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Self-driven and target-oriented.
