HR Interns

As an HR Trainee at our organization, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and learning and development. Your main responsibilities will involve providing support to the HR team in their daily tasks and getting exposure to different areas within HR. Your duties will include assisting in job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to support the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be involved in tasks related to HR operations such as data entry, managing employee records, and handling administrative responsibilities. We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced individuals for this role. The job offers full-time and permanent positions with the flexibility to work in different shifts including day, evening, fixed, or morning shifts. There are opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your contributions. Ideally, we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources. The work location for this position is in person, providing you with a hands-on learning experience in a professional HR environment.,
