Job Title: HR Intern

Duration: 6 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related communications.
• Support employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in HR compliance, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to performance management and feedback collection processes.
• Conduct basic research on HR trends and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Enthusiastic to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
