HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while contributing to meaningful projects that support the organization’s people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR events.
• Provide support in drafting HR policies, memos, and reports.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Conduct basic research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.
