What You’ll Do

• Collaborate on recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with accuracy.
• Organize employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
• Contribute to the development and revision of HR policies.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Address routine employee queries professionally.
• Participate in special HR projects and organizational initiatives.
