What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
• Use modern sourcing strategies
• Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, and growth potential.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, and closure.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Represent VAYUZ as a brand ambassador during campus drives, events, and digital hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Talent Management team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new VAYUZers.

Additional Details -

• The internship is WFO only, and it is located in Sector-125 Noida.
• Stipend - Rs. 10,000
• Bringing your own device (laptops, etc.) is essential.
