We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will offer hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and has a passion for people and workplace culture Role & responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events. Support payroll and benefits administration (as applicable). Assist in drafting HR policies, documentation, and presentations. Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws. Provide administrative support to the HR team. Remuneration: Candidate will be paid stipend of 10k per month . Location: Anna salai chennai.
