Dear All, We are presently looking for Assessor/Sr. Assessor - Sustainability Services for Mumbai, Noida & Chennai locations. Qualification :- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) from a recognized university; Masters degree or higher in Sustainability Studies is highly preferred. Additional Qualification :- GRI Std training ISO 14064 training, LCA training AA1000AS training Knowledge and interest in sustainability related areas or topics are essential pre-requisites for the position Professional presence with the ability to engage management level clients as well as internal leadership stakeholders LEED AP Responsibilities & Expertise: Lead sustainability and greenhouse gas (GHG)-assurance projects Take operational responsibility for team performance, ensuring timely and quality delivery of sustainability and GHG assurance Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and execution progress. Offer comprehensive technical support across all offices, from proposal development through to final report delivery. Advise clients on identifying, quantifying, and managing business and reporting risks, particularly in response to evolving environmental regulations and sustainability trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the scope and value of TV India's sustainability services. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Prepare sustainability assurance reports in alignment with GRI Standards across various industrial sectors. Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on complex and specialized issues within sustainability assurance. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consultation activities as part of sustainability reporting processes. Willing and able to travel as required to support project delivery and client needs. ATTRIBUTES Demonstrated experience in preparing sustainability and GHG assurance reports across various sectors. Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop client-specific proposals and tailored sustainability solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing the delivery of corporate assurance services focused on climate risks and opportunities. Support senior consultants and Key Account Management teams in executing complex sustainability and climate-related projects. Engage in a broad range of sustainability topics, including GHG accounting and disclosure, climate change mitigation, Science-Based Targets (SBTs), risk and materiality assessments, energy efficiency, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and renewable energy strategies. Proven expertise in sustainability assurance, GHG verification, and related areas such as ZWL, ZLD, WPI, EPD, WFP, SUP, CORSIA, ISCC Plus, ACA, and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) verification within both public and private sectors. Develop and maintain databases, tools, and guidance materials to support sustainability and GHG assurance services. Deliver training sessions to internal teams and external stakeholders to build awareness and capacity in sustainability topics. Possess in-depth knowledge of the sustainability assurance landscape, both locally and internationally, with the ability to execute assurance services under sector leadership. Strong baseline skills in professional communication, including confident business interactions, presentations, and high-quality technical report writing in English.
