Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. Support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. Help coordinate interviews, induction programs, and training sessions. Draft official letters such as offer letters, warning letters, and experience certificates. Assist in organizing internal HR events and celebrations. Participate in employee grievance handling and feedback collection. Learn and contribute to payroll and attendance management systems. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR / Business Administration / Hotel Management or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
