Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
• Support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Help coordinate interviews, induction programs, and training sessions.
• Draft official letters such as offer letters, warning letters, and experience certificates.
• Assist in organizing internal HR events and celebrations.
• Participate in employee grievance handling and feedback collection.
• Learn and contribute to payroll and attendance management systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR / Business Administration / Hotel Management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
