Job Title: Female HR Intern

Location: gurgaon
Job Type: Internship (Full-time/part time)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month (based on availability & skills)
Duration: 3 months

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management (if applicable)
• Support day-to-day administrative HR tasks

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred)
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• A keen interest in building a career in HR
