Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
  • Help onboard new employees and interns
  • Maintain HR records and databases
  • Assist with attendance and leave tracking
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Support the HR team with internal communications and policy updates
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR documentation
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
