Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR within a professional and supportive environment. The HR Intern will assist with daily HR operations, special projects, and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
• Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and setting up employee files.
• Employee Relations & Engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
