Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role located in Varanasi. The HR Intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. Responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, drafting policy documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR standards. The intern will also support various HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and principles
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software is an advantage
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship or academic projects in HR are a plus
