Job Description – HR Intern Position: HR Intern ResponsibilitiesAssist with the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation. Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures. Provide support in payroll, attendance, and leave management. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR team. RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
