Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Onsite

Duration: 2 Months

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated HR Intern to join our team remotely. This is a 2-month internship designed to provide practical exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administration—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various job openings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities
• Help with daily administrative tasks and other HR functions as required
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month
