Job Description

Paid Internship (Training-to-Hire, 3–6 months) · Stipend ₹5,000–₹10,000/month → Full-time ₹2.4L–₹3.6L

What you’ll do

  • Draft JDs, source on LinkedIn / Indeed / Naukri, screen & schedule
  • Run onboarding/induction, maintain HRIS/records, attendance & letters
  • Weekly hiring dashboards; vendor coordination (background checks, etc.)

Tools you’ll use
LinkedIn Recruiter Lite / Naukri / Indeed, Google Sheets/Docs, Google Forms, ATS (Zoho Recruit/Freshteam), Notion, HRIS (Keka/Darwinbox or similar).

Skills
Sourcing & screening, interviewing basics, JD writing, Excel/Sheets (filters, pivots), documentation, communication, basic compliance (PF/ESI a plus).

Work location: In person (Mohali)
