The role of an HR intern for Recruitment service in Nashik involves assisting with day-to-day HR operations in a professional and efficient manner. This includes tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining HR records, databases, and filing systems to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. As an HR intern, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and organizing training and development materials to support the growth and development of employees within the organization. You will also be involved in employee performance reviews and documentation to ensure that all processes are carried out effectively.
