Role-HR Intern

• Handle end-to-end onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
• Review and validate ID, address, education, and employment proof.
• Initiate verification tasks via emails and calls to previous employers and institutions.
• Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and internal logs with complete accuracy.
• Identify SPOCs for verification and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Flag discrepancies or unverifiable information.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams for pending documents and updates.
• Ensure timely closure of BGV cases with high compliance.
• Source candidates from job portals and internal talent pools.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess fit.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and track interview progress.
• Maintain hiring trackers, talent pipelines, and interview status dashboards.
• Follow up with candidates for documentation, availability, and offer coordination.

Mode: Work from Office
Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Stipend: ₹15,000–₹18,000 in hand (based on interview performance)

Job Types: Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
