Job Description: ZTP Team Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) Team Member to oversee and enforce compliance standards among field vendors and contractors. This role ensures that all third-party vendors operating on-site adhere strictly to company policies, safety norms, legal guidelines, and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor vendor activities on-field to ensure compliance with Zero Tolerance Policies related to: Substance abuse Harassment or misconduct Ethical and professional behavior Adherence to PPE and site protocols Conduct regular field inspections and surprise audits to assess vendor behavior and work environment. Investigate reported violations or incidents involving vendors and escalate appropriately. Maintain incident logs , gather statements, and support documentation for any breaches. Act as a liaison between internal compliance teams and third-party vendors. Conduct or support awareness and training sessions for vendor teams on ZTP expectations and consequences. Recommend suspension or blacklisting of non-compliant vendors based on investigation outcomes. Ensure all vendor personnel have proper identification, documentation, and have agreed to company policies. Participate in vendor onboarding evaluations from a compliance standpoint. Required Skills & Competencies Analytical Expertise: Strong skills in trend analysis, root-cause investigation, and data interpretation. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and training purposes. Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail for identifying patterns and discrepancies. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external experts. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to fraud detection and resolution, with innovative strategies to mitigate risks. Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements and fraud-related regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Safety Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in vendor management, compliance, field operations, or facility management. Strong understanding of Zero Tolerance policies , workplace safety norms, and labor regulations. Ability to work independently in field environments , often across multiple sites.. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining organizational integrity, preventing fraud, and continuously enhancing processes to minimize risks.
