Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Draft and send offer letters and other onboarding documentation.
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and employee records.
• Support various employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Help with documentation, filing, and compliance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
