Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Draft and send offer letters and other onboarding documentation. Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update HR databases , trackers, and employee records. Support various employee engagement initiatives and internal events. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Help with documentation, filing, and compliance tasks as needed. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
