We at SketchHR looking for highly motivated and curious candidates for two to three months internship with us to work on various HR projects around Hiring & Onboarding.
Below will be the key learnings & responsibilities:
Understand company policies, culture, and HR functions.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.Learn HR tools/software used by the organization
Gain hands-on experience with end to end recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Learn the full-cycle recruitment process.
Gain experience in sourcing, screening, and scheduling.Understand the company employer brand and EVP (Employee Value Proposition).Support recruiters with job postings, candidate communications, and database updates.
Desired Candidate:
Passion for HR, curious for learning, take the complete ownership
Good in execution
Good Communication Skills( Verbal & Written)
Take the responsibility and contribute in assigned HR projects
Be available at fixed timing 11 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday)
Must have Laptop with internet connect
Remote working hence Can work from anywhere in India
MBA HR & must Completed 1st year
