- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Conducting research on HR best practices and trends to support the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
