HR Intern

About the Internship:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to understand and contribute to HR operations in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees and interns.
• Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support the HR team in performance management and feedback collection.
• Coordinate with various departments for HR-related documentation and communications.
• Ensure proper documentation of HR policies, forms, and processes.
• Learn and support payroll and compliance processes as needed.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology / or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
