Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and induction of new employees. Help maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Coordinate with different departments to gather HR-related data. Contribute to HR projects and policy documentation. Requirements :Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR functions. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
