Stipend: Academic Internship (No Stipend)

About Us

We are offering a 3-month academic internship for students interested in gaining practical experience in Human Resources. The intern will assist our HR team with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding activities such as preparing offer letters, completing joining formalities, and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Provide administrative support for payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Respond to basic employee queries and provide day-to-day HR assistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
