HR - Intern

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to making offers and joinees, including bulk hiring requirements.
• HR Operations Support: Assist in maintaining our HRMS and ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Employee Assistance: Provide timely support to employees and stakeholders, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
• Employee Engagement: Contribute to creating a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, including preparing and analyzing performance data.
• Onboarding and Exits: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and manage the exit process for departing employees.

Requirement

• MBA from a reputed college is preferred
• Strong communication skills in

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
