Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Recruitment Process:
• Help post job openings on various platforms.
• Assist in screening resumes and applications.

• Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize social media and job boards to identify potential candidates.
• Assist in building a candidate pipeline.
• Interview

  Coordination:

• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview details to candidates.
• Administrative

  Support:

• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports.
• Candidate

  Communication:

• Assist in communicating with candidates regarding their application status.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech, Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Internship Details

• Duration:

  6 months

• Stipend:

  10,000 per month

• Conversion Opportunity:

  Based on performance and successful completion of the internship, the intern may be offered a full-time employment opportunity.

Post-Internship Employment

• Annual CTC:

  4,00,000 (4 LPA)

• Service Level Agreement (SLA):

  3 years commitment from the date of joining as a full-time employee
