HR Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in benefits administration and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits
• Support HR team with data entry, reporting, and documentation
• Help maintain a positive workplace culture by participating in employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner
• Support the HR team in various compliance-related tasks
• Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed
• Bachelor's Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• No standing arrears
• Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills so that you collaborate well with your team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You will have to report to our Pune Office for this internship program
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

2. Stipend: 15,000/-per month

3. Service Agreement - 6 months internship + 12 months as FTE
