Job Description: We are looking to hire an HR Intern to work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of human resources management. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and more. You will play a vital role in assisting our team in maintaining a productive and engaging work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist in benefits administration and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits Support HR team with data entry, reporting, and documentation Help maintain a positive workplace culture by participating in employee engagement initiatives Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner Support the HR team in various compliance-related tasks Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed Bachelor's Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field No standing arrears Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills so that you collaborate well with your team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) You will have to report to our Pune Office for this internship program Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Key Highlights : 1. Qualifications: Any Graduate/ MBA in HR would be an added advantage 2. Stipend: 15,000/-per month 3. Service Agreement - 6 months internship + 12 months as FTE
