HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in HR policies, compliance, and internal communications
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Coordinate with different teams for HR-related requirements
• Prepare HR reports and trackers as required

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets and email tools
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous internship or exposure to HR is a plus

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
