Internship Opportunity at Chaupati Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sonepur, Bihar

Opportunity for Full-time Employment: Yes (Post-internship, selected candidates will be hired on company payroll)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and assist in documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Help in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with various departments for staffing and HR support.
• Ensure HR databases and trackers are regularly updated.

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• High sense of confidentiality and organizational ability.
