Key Responsibilities

1. Target Institution Identification

  • Utilize Google and LinkedIn to research engineering and MBA colleges.
  • Gather critical information: placement cell head contacts, academic calendars (start dates), and student population counts.
  • Create and maintain a structured database to support informed outreach decisions.

2. Database Development & Management

  • Build a dynamic database capturing institution names, placement heads, student counts, program timelines, and outreach status.
  • Ensure data is regularly updated to reflect the latest college information and communications.

3. Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Contact placement officers, career services, and student club leaders to share the company profile and tailored job descriptions.
  • Present the campus recruitment initiative, timelines, and hiring needs in a professional and compelling manner.
  • Initiate follow-ups through emails, calls, and LinkedIn to secure participation and campus engagement.

4. Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Tracking

  • Implement a cadence of regular follow-ups; log all interactions and statuses in the database to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Monitor progress from initial outreach to confirmed campus partnership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR. Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized; meticulous about data accuracy and lead-tracking.
  • Self-motivated with strong outreach and networking abilities.
