HR Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and various administrative functions while learning about core HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Help in onboarding new hires and maintaining onboarding documentation Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files Support employee engagement activities, events, and surveys Assist in attendance tracking and leave management Draft job descriptions, emails, and HR-related documents Conduct research on HR best practices and suggest improvements Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.
