Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern Location: On-site Duration: 6 Months Reporting To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and an opportunity to gain valuable exposure to HR best practices in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking sheets Support candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process Help organize and participate in recruitment drives and onboarding sessions Work closely with the HR team on ad hoc tasks and projects Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Passionate about HR and talent acquisition Show more Show less
