Job Title: HR Intern (Unpaid) Location: Coimbatore Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / Senior HR Executive Internship Overview: Vari Medical Academy is offering a learning-oriented HR Internship (without stipend) for freshers or students who are looking to gain real-world experience in Human Resources. This internship is ideal for those who wish to build a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within an academic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings and managing job portals. Help in screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires. Maintain and update HR records, files, and attendance sheets. Assist in organizing staff events, meetings, and training programs. Help monitor daily attendance and leave records. Provide support in drafting HR letters, notices, and emails. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks. Who Can Apply: Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Freshers looking to build a career in Human Resources. Must be available for a minimum duration of 3 months . Willing to work without stipend for the learning experience. Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge required.
