Job Title: HR Intern (Unpaid)

Internship Overview:

Vari Medical Academy is offering a learning-oriented HR Internship (without stipend) for freshers or students who are looking to gain real-world experience in Human Resources. This internship is ideal for those who wish to build a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within an academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings and managing job portals.
• Help in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records, files, and attendance sheets.
• Assist in organizing staff events, meetings, and training programs.
• Help monitor daily attendance and leave records.
• Provide support in drafting HR letters, notices, and emails.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.

• Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Freshers looking to build a career in Human Resources.
• Must be available for a minimum duration of 3 months.
• Willing to work without stipend for the learning experience.
• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge required.

Duration:

3 to 6 Months (Extension or full-time opportunity may be considered based on performance)

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
