Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and passionate IIT-qualified faculty members to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the subject matter. As an IIT Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and mentoring students aspiring to crack NEET and other competitive exams. Subjects Open for Faculty Positions: Physics Chemistry Mathematics Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, clear, and effective classroom and/or online lectures aligned with the NEET/JEE syllabus. Develop and review high-quality academic content, including notes, assignments, and test papers. Analyze student performance and provide personalized academic support. Participate in curriculum planning and continuous improvement of teaching strategies. Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, changes in syllabus, and competitive exam trends. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, and feedback discussions with students. Requirements: B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc from IIT or other reputed institutions (IITians preferred). Prior teaching experience in NEET/JEE coaching institutes is an advantage. Strong command over the subject and ability to simplify complex concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
