We specialize in NEET (UG) preparation and medical college admissions, offering personalized support and reliable guidance to students and parents alike. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic NEET Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the NEET admission process, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and supportive journey from application to admission. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents regarding NEET preparation and admission processes. Explain course offerings, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities. Assist students in selecting suitable medical colleges based on their NEET score, preferences, and budget. Maintain updated knowledge of NEET exam trends, counselling schedules, quotas, and admission regulations (AIQ, state quota, etc.). Support students during online choice filling, document verification, and seat allotment processes. Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and track progress through the admission lifecycle. Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities organized by the academy. Build trust-based relationships with students and parents, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: education, counselling, healthcare, or related disciplines). Prior experience in educational counselling, especially in NEET/medical admissions, is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language. Strong knowledge of NEET UG counselling (AIQ and state-level) and admission processes in India. Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
