About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, documentation, and employee coordination. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi, as the role involves regular interaction with Hindi-speaking employees and candidates. Note: This opportunity is open to male candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and databases Schedule and coordinate interviews Support onboarding process and maintain employee records Prepare HR documents and manage databases Assist in employee engagement and communication tasks Handle day-to-day HR administrative support

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business / Management Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus Good interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Energetic, punctual, and willing to learn
