Role: HR Intern
Experience: Fresher

Responsibilities:

Design and update job descriptions
Follow the existing recruitment process
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates with help of provided screening document (via phone, in-person, online mode)
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Required skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer knowledge
Experience with MS Excel, Word and google sheets, docs, etc.
