Job description:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for the role of Sales Tele Caller for our Ed-Tech company. No prior experience in Ed-Tech is required, briefing and training will be provided. The intern will primarily be responsible for initiating communication with potential customers and sharing shortlisted leads with the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product/service offerings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
• Negotiate and close sales deals over the telephone.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate calls to potential customers through cold calling and lead generation.
• Shortlist interested leads and share relevant data with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
• Provide basic support in customer interaction and coordination.
• Assist in improving outreach efforts in collaboration with the sales team.
