Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various human resources-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and data analysis. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and develop valuable skills to kick-start their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
* Coordinate employee onboarding, including preparing new hire packets, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and time-off requests
* Provide administrative support for benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
* Assist with data analysis and reporting, including preparing HR metrics and dashboards
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures
* Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
