HR Intern

As an HR Intern at Amzur Infotech, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic team. You will be involved in various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience. This internship is ideal for freshers or recent graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career in HR. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating HR databases and documentation, contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR communications, as well as handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks. To excel in this role, you should be pursuing or have completed an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and a keen interest in learning HR practices are essential. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team are also key qualities we are looking for in our interns. During your internship at Amzur Infotech, you will gain valuable exposure to corporate HR functions and have the opportunity to collaborate with our energetic team. High performers may even receive a Pre-placement Offer (PPO) upon completion of the internship. This internship is a full-time opportunity for a duration of 6 months, with the additional benefits of health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule for this position is in the evening shift from Monday to Friday, with the requirement to work in person at our location.
